We needed a lawyer to interperet a work contract my husband had signed. We've needed similar advise in the past, and have never come away knowin much more than we started because they always just told us what the contract said. Our experience with Keith was totally different... Keith told us much more than what the contract said, he told us if it would or would not hold up in court and why. This is much more valuable to us because there were things defined in our contract that weren't fair or reasonable and we thought that because they were there and we had signed the document, they were binding. Keith explained, "2+2 doesn't equal 5...you can sign your name to that all day long, but a judge is going to say, '2+2=4' and throw the false stuff out." It helped us know how to proceed with our employment elsewhere to be armed with what may actually unfold in trial if we were to be sued by our previous employer. I know in our case, the contract was cut and dry and Keith did not give us advice that was hopfully right...he did so with confidence. We have already referred others to Keith and will use him again if we have any legal needs in our future.

I was a tenant and Keith Armstrong and Andreta were the business owners of record- the Landlord, a business arrangement for 7 years. The duplex I lived in and paid rent in had a broken dishwasher the entire 7 years. Keith would buy used washer and dryers that would break down and smell like mold. He hid in his home when an unhinged tenant was throwing objects at my car and refused to call police as the property owner. I have proof. A tenant and I had a verbal agreement and Andreta and Keith said that if it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen. These are lawyers, have they not heard of Smith Vs Jones? Not very good lawyers and I think I was the wrong color again. They allowed people into the unit without notification and unsupervised.Tenants rights were not followed. Two women stole my property and lied to cover it up. Again, I was the wrong color I believe. Unacceptable. The only "empire" Keith is interested in is his own. Avoid him at all costs. Any response is manipulation and lies

Andreta ignored the very laws she was supposed to uphold in her position at the City of Tacoma when she chose to ignore written proof of ADA laws (plus landlord/tenant and Tacoma Municipal Codes being broken against a disabled renter).
